November 5th gathering (yumm bowls)

Hi Everyone!

We are exited to do a joint meal with the Shadywood Park community.

We'll be meeting at the Coleman's home at 6:00pm this Monday. (1447 NE Jackson School Rd, Hillsboro.) We are at the end of a long private driveway. There is a large Orange traffic cone at the street and we are the last house, down the gravel driveway. In case you have any trouble finding us, our home phone is (503)433-7999.

Dinner will be yumm bowls. Here's what we need to make it a meal.

- brown rice (Coleman's will provide white rice)
- black beans
- rotisserie chickens
- shredded cheese
- salsa
- sour cream
- diced tomatoes
- diced bell peppers
- diced onions
- edamame 
- sliced avocado
- black olives
- cilantro
- other toppings ??? 
- and Yumm or other Sauce (you can buy it or Google a recipe)
- dessert
- drinks
